Return Policy

At All American Tallow, we truly care about your satisfaction and want every customer to enjoy our handcrafted, natural tallow skincare products with confidence. Because our products are made in small batches and are used on the body, unfortunately, we do not  accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, once order has been shipped all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund. We kindly ask that you send photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Natural variations in texture due to temperature changes (such as melting or firmness) are normal for tallow products and do not qualify as defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
